Ive added some new foods and today was actually the first day I got all my protien in !! I know I have to eat to lose !! but I can't believe im saying this, Its hard to eat sometimes !! I know I need to exercise, but I still get tired.. hoping I can change that soon.. Good luck to everyone

I also have hit no movement on the scale, had surgery on 8/1 and the first few weeks I was down 27 pounds, but in the last 2 weeks Ive only lost another 3 pds, its very frustrating, Im trying to eat, but I just dont feel like it !! and Im struggling with drinking, so I chew ice alot. I eat because I know I need the energy to make it thru the day.Im starting to add more to my food choices, so Im hoping this will help. 6. So I saw someone post this on youtube, They bought " Graduates" from the baby food isle at the super market !! they are like little cheese curls, but they melt in your mouth !!
