I'm about 3 weeks post op and my breath smells like a dog pooped in my mouth... Anyone else experiencing this? What are you doing to help it?

My husband said my breath was horrid right after surgery. I just kept brushing my teeth and go one of those tongue scrubber things. I think its ketosis... sp?? It goes away.
