Starting weight: 437

Last week: 388

This week: 392.2

Total loss: 45 lbs

Gained 4.2 pounds Wtf. I don't get it I'm not doing anything different. That just have me a sh@$ty start to the day. UGH!!!!

Way to go!! Ok this is a big big BIG deal for me most of you know I was stuck forever for the last 3 weeks I've only lost 2 lbs a week....it was a loss so I took it any is better than none everyone on my fb friends see me posting about going to the gym everyday like clockwork....this week I gave myself a break and took it easy....I'm proud to say that I'm now currently 8 lbs left to my next goal and 38 lbs to my ultimate goal....I'm down a whopping 92 lbs in about 5 1/2 months!

Post opp --- 25 days

Initial weight - 280

2nd Week - 258.2

3rd week - 255.2

Today - 252.2

Total loss ---- 27.8 llbs

I hope to be under 250 by the 4th of July. Right now I have a kidney infection and can not walk and im on small amounts of Protein. I need to get it together!!!

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
