II am trying to gain some realistic stats for the weight loss. I would really like your help. Please provide:

1. Height

2. Starting highest weight

3. Surgery weight

4. Goal weight and/or current weight

5. Length of time to reach goal weight (edit: or length I time to reach current weight)

6. Age

I know we should not compare ourselves to others' date=' however I am interested in the standard deviation and mean of weight loss in comparison to height. There are so many that feel like slow losers, and I am wanting to really look into the numbers. Is it really a slow loss, or are you right on track based on weight loss percentages. <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />[/quote']

1. 5' 6

2. 333 lbs

3. 290 lbs (oct 13th 2012)

4. Goal 167. Current 166.

5. Goal reached on Sept 5th.

6. 38 years

My issue now is.... Im eating everything i wish... Obviously small portions but not restriction of kind of food...now i eat differenr than before, i enjoy salads, fruit... Healthy food .... But im eat too... Peanuts, some cakes .... And stiil losing some weigth... I need to see my nut to do something to stop the weigh loss...

I understand (mentally, as I have not gone through what you have yet) the struggles that you are talking about. My NUT basically told us blatantly this would happen. I think the best part if this is that you are aware of what you are going through, and are willing to seek help before it gets out of control. Great step in the right direction. Like many have said in the past, losing weight is not the hardest. The hardest in maintaining the weight loss for life. Hang in there!!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
