BM issues

So I've been constipated for what is going on day 3... I've taken Colace for 2 days and added Miralax today... Still nothing! Luckily I've been able to pass gas thanks to GasX... What is everyone else out there doing about constipation? I've already upped my liquid intake and haven't taken any narcotic pain meds... I realize this was bound to happen but would like it to get moving again... Hope everyone is doing well out there!

Id be a little careful with smooty tea if it has senna in it (thats tge ingredient that makes you gi). Unfortunately it can be a bit uncomfortable' date=' even with a whole stomach. Thats what I used before surgery and had to stop because it caused the worst abdominal cramps[/quote'] I agree. I only use it once every three days though I must admit it's never caused me discomfort

Have been having issues for about 5 days. Could just go a little. I drank miralax 3-4 times but still was having issues. I've started takings stool soften each day and finally cleared out today. Think I'll keep taking a softner each day for awhile.

What's the name of the stool softener your taking?
