  2. Sorry to hear about your complications! I had a pic line when I had my lap band taken out... They suck but are necessary to heal properly! Sending you positive, healing vibes.... Hope things turn around soon!

  8. Here's my little girl chewing on her new bone! ????
  9. Yeah I'm going to get thinner as my dog gets fatter... She sits at my feet anytime I eat anything!
  10. Have you done any exercising at all? I had a slight stall and started taking longer walks... It seems to have helped... I know how difficult stalls are especially since we can eat hardly anything. I was told that our bodies go into starvation mode because of our limited calories. It does eventually straighten out and you start losing again... Try to give yourself a break and be patient... I struggle with my patience and want the weight gone yesterday! Remember we didn't put the weight on overnight so it's not going to come off overnight... You can do this!
  11. Amazon - I just got a 2 pack!

  14. My NUT told me that we need to snack because we aren't able to get all of our Protein, calories, nutrition, etc in without them given our small stomach size. They should just be good Snacks (ie string cheese, edamame, Protein shake, etc)
  15. I baked mine for 25-30 minutes. You just have to check them by sticking a toothpick in the center.. If it comes out clean, they are done!
  16. This article went around on Facebook this past week! It hits home so much for me... The last time I was in a gay club - I was standing by myself texting a friend while other friends were dancing.. When I looked up there was a group of 6 or so younger gay "men" looking at me, pointing and laughing (or throwing shade)... It was so hurtful and I wasn't doing anything to them... I didn't say anything to my friends until we left because I didn't want to start a fight.. My friends were furious and wanted to go back and confront them but to me it wasn't worth my time... I haven't been to a gay club since then... I'll go to an occasional piano bar because the crowd tends to be a little older... But I really don't feel like I "fit"!
  17. Amazon sells PB2 and PB2 chocolate.... They also sell PB2 crackers! So good...

  20. Anyone have any good high protein low calorie recipes using PB2 or PB2 with chocolate? I love baking but need something high protein and sleeve friendly! Thanks for sharing!
  21. . Go to add friend, click on email and instead of adding their email address you type in their user name... I'm sjmusicalman103! ????
  22. Delish! That Carmel syrup adds a buttery flavor... So good! Thanks for sharing!
  23. Mine is in the oven now... I doubled the recipe and used 1/3 c measuring cups in cupcake pans... I got a dozen.. I am not sure how long they are going to bake.. I put them in for 15 minutes and then I'll check them... I can't wait!
  24. I try to eat 6 times a day every 2 hours... I usually eat my last snack by 8 pm... Then I'm done... Good luck!
