Recommended Posts

The key to success for me is to find my own way pick a lifestyle that I can maintain and stick with I'm not a poster child for weightloss but I do what best fit my life style I have that glass every now then that piece of chocolate but the thing I'm most stacked about is drinking calories and not eating bread , rice Pasta .. My sleeve journey has been easy and not a chore at all because I work my sleeve I don't let it consume my life I live my life

Thanks everyone

Ok so, I started my supervised diet around the time that you were sleeved. I have watched your journey through your pictures and I must say that you are truly an inspiration! I love the fact that you are honest about your eating. Your lifestyle seems to be much more realistic than others. Thank you for being so open and including us on your journey. Keep up the GREAT work:)

Yes you have to be are you will fail.. You have to make it fit your life style that you can maintain for the rest of your life .. Your expectation not doctors or nuts .. The want to put you numbers of there success rates .. That's why some start of counting calories and doing all the stuff then two yrs out they stop and then gain I figure I learn on my own and just stick with that but I'm cheering for you ..

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
