Hey Birdie! I'm from the States but my surgery date is also October 1st! 10 days to go! I started my liquid diet today. It's getting to the exciting part now!

Yeah I know little excited 9 sleeps for me in Australia! We have a very low calorie diet for our pre op diet so not as bad as the liquid diet!

PRE OP DIET STARTS TODAY! !! I'm sure I can do all liquids for one week.....lets go!!!

Hello everyone my date is set for Oct 23rd I had a few things that pushed me back but I am set now and nothing is going to stop me :-)

Pre op today!!! One week until I get a new lease on life. I am so excited, nervous,and anxious!! I think my biggest worry is the anesthesia. It always takes so long for me to wake up. I'm afraid of not waking up!
