Hi Idbain, Oct 15th here as well- Connecticut. Is it just me or does there seem to be a really large # of people for October? I seem to remember someone taking the time to compile a master list on one of the October sleever threads. Anyway, it'll be great to see everyone's progress along the way!

Well all done and I am home three days after surgery two nighs begging docs to let me home day 1 post op I was very nauseas and tired no real sleep both nights in a four bed room with noisy room mates and noisy nurses (although I couldn't feel more highly of the nursing staff looks after me wonderfully)! Glad to be home and looking forward to sleeping in my own bed tonight! And hopefully feeling better soon!

Wishing everyone going in, in October all the best!

Hi! It consist of a protein shake or bar for breakfast and lunch' date=' then for mid-morning and mid lunch I can do a small piece of fruit or yogurt. At dinner time I can do 3oz lean piece of meat, steam veggie or salad and 6 unsalted crackers or 2 slice of low calories bread.[/quote']

I've been doing the 2 shakes & 1 meal also..I just have to do 1 day liquid diet the day before my surgery( which is Tuesday ) Woo Hoo I'm so excited :)

I'm set for October 14. I only have 1 day clear liquids. But I've lost over 20 pd #s since June so I'm ok. I gonna try not to have any food funerals, but I do have a Chinese restaurant that I want to go to and I probably wil after my preop on Tuesday. Then I go back to high protein low carbs and lots of water.
