I have to take calcium citrate. I bought the petites and there is nothing petite about them. I have to take 4 a day per bottle recommendation and since I have to cut them in half bc they are huge it's like taking 8! I then bought the gummies but they are gross and full of sugar, 7grams for 2 gummies which is the recommended amount per the bottle. Anyone else have any suggestions? Went to GNC and Vitamin shop and it seems like this is all that's available. I also can't do anything like caramel or chocolate bc I'm just not a fan at all. Help!!!!

I agree on the Bariatric Advantage. In addition to lemon, they have raspberry that's pretty good. I take 4 a day. It really helps me with my snacking, because I take 2 about mid morning and 2 mid afternoon, when the munchies hit! They usually fill me up so I don't have room for snack food.< /p>

Try bjs bariatrics. I bought the calcium citrate by Calcet in lemon flavor. I don't like lemon but my Protein is chocolate so i didn't want everything to be chocolate. These are surprisingly delicious with great flavor and no horrible after taste. The link is below for you hope it works. If you spend $50 or more use promo code 435 that will give you $5 off your order.

The petites are only "petite" compared to the regular size.. How big are the regular ones?????OMG can you say HORSE PILL? I find the petites go down much better if I just swallow them whole rather than make them all jagged by cutting them.. They are also fine to crush so you can crush them into a powder and add to a drink... just crush them really well into a powder using a spice grinder and you can just add to a drink.. they have no real flavor.

Alternately there are some powdered Calcium supplements out there provided by some of the bariatric Vitamin companies that you can try. Bariatric Advantage also has the wafers you can get and they come in flavors like orange, berry or cinnamon. The chews taste yummy but they're expensive and might be adding more calories than you might like

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
