food stuck in throat

Does anyone else feel like food gets stuck in your throat/chest area? I do and it hurts really bad even threw up once over it and I only had one bite. I chew really good but it doesn't seem to help and I'm not suppose to drink with food

Yup. I am almost 9 weeks out and I still have issues. I made the switch to baby utensils, I take a bite and then walk around the living room and then chat with the family. Repeat for maybe 6-8 bite

I was close to endoscopy and possible dilation when I figured out that my bites were too big and I was eating too fast. I do think I have a narrower esophagus than I should and dilation would probably be a good idea, but I am kind of happy that I have the restriction I do. The only problem is that I am still sip sip sipping and with these temps and the amount of exercise I am doing, I really want to chug Water.
