Isopure Individual bottles on sale at GNC. B2G1

Recommended Posts

Buy 2, get one free. I haven't tasted them but.... In a 20 oz bottle there is 160 calories, 0 fat, 50 mg of Sodium, 60 mg. of Potassium, 0 carbs, and 40 grams of Protein. Sounds perfect for the Clear Liquids 1 week post op.

You won't get a better Protein for the oz! I drank the grape. Lots of people would add a bit of crystal light to them. They take just a little getting used to but they really helped me get in the much needed Protein in those early days.

Good luck! You will love your sleeve!

I just bought 12 bottles and definitely did not get a deal. Cost me $48. Where are you from. I am from Ohio.

They are still worth it though. I didn't get mine on sale but they really are a great product.

Did you find the sale online or a store? Isopure has been my saving grace, but they are so expensive.

Thank you,

I live on these things, buy em 20 at a time at our Military Commissary (5 of each of the four flavors they carry here). Grape probably tastes the best, but the green one smells the best (then again it has the strongest after taste). Blue is almost flavorless, and the red punch is okay. Only $3.39 ea... The Hospital had them in little 8oz plastic bottle...never seen that size outside the hospital.

Does anyone know if these are still on sale? I've looked on line but don't see this deal.

I don't have their $15 discount card, so I paid $43.12 for 12 bottles. They are $5.39 each (without the card), so I saved $21.56. If you have their discount card, they're $4.85 each. I thought buy 2 get 1 free was a pretty good deal. I think the sale goes on at GNC for the rest of the month. I heard the Vitamin Shoppe will have them on sale next month, but I'm not sure of the cost. I do know their regular price is $4.99 a bottle. If I like them, I'm going to stock up when they're on sale

On day 4 of the 2 week liquid pre-op diet. Surgery scheduled for June 11th.
Soooo I am coming to a realization
of something and I'm not sure what to do about it. For years the only thing I've enjoyed is eating. We rarely do anything or go anywhere and if we do it always includes food. Family comes over? Big family dinner! Go camping? Food! Take a short ride or trip? Food! Holiday? Food! Go out of town for a Dr appointment? Food! When we go to a new town we don't look for any attractions, we look for restaurants we haven't been to. Heck, I look forward to getting off work because that means it's almost supper time. Now that I'm drinking these pre-op shakes for breakfast, lunch, and supper I have nothing to look forward to.  And once I have surgery on June 11th it'll be more of the same shakes. Even after pureed stage, soft food stage, and finally regular food stage, it's going to be a drastic change for the rest of my life. I'm giving up the one thing that really brings me joy. Eating. How do you cope with that? What do you do to fill that void? Wow. Now I'm sad.

Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!
