No I havent cuz its saturday. I figured wait until monday. Don't wanna be without pain meds. Just started taking benadryl with it now. But this pain gets better right?

The pain does get better. perhaps you could call your pharmacy to discuss the reaction you are having. The paper you received with your meds should have mentioned the side affects. Itching sounds like its one. The pharmacists could suggest an alternative medication.

I so hope you feel better.

I had my surgery yesterday and did great but when I got back to my room my heart rate jumped to 150 and my blood pressure dropped to 90/60 they increased my liquids but it didn't help much so I was sent to surgery again! I had two leaks from what I hear and they were taken care of. Passed the swallow test earlier now I am waiting for the doctor to let me start drinking Water.< /div>

Glad to hear they were swift to find what was wrong and fix it quickly.

Anyone having bad diarrhea. Sorry that's gross. I've had it 5 times in the past hour or two and I'm worried bc I am not drinking enough to keep up with that volume. I don't know what to do.

Hello Elaine,

Four days after my surgery, my body seemed to want to purge everything that had been put into me while in the hospital. It required me to remain very close to home. When it finally subsided, my stomach seemed to have shrunk from all the extra fluids and I felt so much better overall.

Hang in there!

Thank you me as we'll. my surgeon just came to check me and he told me that I had been bleeding internally and I had to have two blood infusions but he could not locate where I was bleeding. The hospital staff has been great and I being closely watched and feeling so much better.

Thanks Nelliebean. I feel better bc I am exactly 4 days out! I did have to drink a lot of nastiness at the hospital. My body is probably trying to get rid of blue dye and iodine.

Hey guys can i have G2 to drink? It has 7 carbs in it

Is it zero calorie? My nut said less than 30 cals a serving less than 20 carbs for regular drinks and soups... So if the cals are in line i say go for it. Jist remember one serving is small. A whole bottle might be 150 cals.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
