  1. i seem to be at a stall too. getting soft foods down and feeling good but no weight loss for a week. Hoping it is just a short stall.
  2. i too had my check up. I am down 12 pounds. I am doing okay on the shakes but thechewable vitamins are disgusting. I have been dissolving them in a cup of hot water and taking them that way. My incisions look good and they are healing nicely. I now need to incorporate a little more activity. I am able to go to the puree stage on Wednesday.
  3. wow back to work tomorrow. Good luck. I am still sore but luckily off for the summer. I hope the work load is light and you are able to keep your energy up.
  4. glad you are home tagster! I felt the same way, like I did crunches. It is weird to feel the liquid hit the sleeve.

  6. aliekat55 it is very weird for me to see the portions I was able to consume and what I can literally take in now. Good luck with your surgery.
  7. I did start my vitamins, just the samples they gave me at my pre-op visit. Still deciding which ones to buy. I did not need my nesuea or pain meds at all yesterday! Yeah!
  8. That seems to be what it is taking me. I guesa I nees to get my brain used to looking at this amount and not consuming it like I used too. Congratulations on your surgery. How are you feeling?
  9. how long should it take me to consume my protein shake. I love the taste of the one I made this morning. It has a lot of protein in it. Is there a time limit? I am trying to be cautious of my new stomach. And I want to promote healing. Am I just not use to eating slowly. Any thoughts?
