    I bought the Kay's Naturals protein chips...did not realize these are mostly Soy Protein...I am allergic...duh..gave me a lot of burps and farts LOL

    Just went through the 3rd and 4th week stall myself...just keep doing what the doctor ordered and you will see you weight begin to drop again...don't be discouraged..and if you need to munch be sure to stick to protein items.
