Has it really been easy Edie? My surgery is coming up and my worst fear is that I won't be successful. I am very motivated to do this and I want to give it my best, I'm self paying, so I have alot invested in this. Do you have cravings and how hard is it to stick to a "healthy" eating plan??

You have done awesome, congratulations, I hope to be as successful as you one day.

Did you put the weight back on? What did you eat the first month? I just have to remember to eat slow and chew longer. I'm a very fast eater. We only have twenty min. for lunch. Would you do it again?
