I still have a sweet tooth!

I'm eating well but I still have that damn sweet tooth. Its of course controllable but it's still there and I had one french fry yesterday off of my hubbies plate. Can I just blame it on mother's day and just forget about it and move on? I'm only seven weeks post op and already cheating with a French fry and sweets. I was 246 Dos and 210 as of last thursday.

  • Also I'm 6 months out down 76 pounds. I eat chocolate once a week. Don't look at it as cheating, just living normally!

Don't beat yourself up - how many French fries would it have been in the past - just one??? And how many sweets in the "old" days???

36lbs in 7 weeks is great, focus on how well you're doing, that you are eating well and forgive yourself minor blips. Too soon to give up on yourself, anyhow no-one here will let you :-))))
