Surgery was 4/23/13. I've hit the 2-3 week stall also. I have lost 13 pounds, but the scale isn't budging. I eat just under under 600 calories daily, 60-80 grams of Protein and about 45-50oz of Fluid. Fluid intake has been the hardest for me since the start. I'm walking a 1/2 mile each day. We just have to trust it will come off if we follow the plan.

I had my surgery May 7th. The day of surgery I weighed 219. I came home from the hospital weighing 228. By the end of the first week I was back at 219 so I lost nothing but the hospital Water week one (I was soooo pissed). Week two I went from 219 to 208. So I lost 11 pounds in one week. I am in my third week and have only lost a pound so far. Total lost since surgery is 12 pounds. I am praying I dont reach a stall but it seems inevitable. I have a HARD time drinking all of the liquids and I get 350 to 450 calories per day. I just strated back walking (slowly). I think not weiging your self every day really helps (sooo hard not to though).

I was sleeved on 4/24 and I have lost 25 pounds so far. My weight fluctuates between 278-275 everyday. I'm am so depressed and now recently I'm so nauseated to the point of where I don't want to eat. I work at night and sleep all day so I don't get my liquids and Protein in. I just took a zofran abt an hour ago and I'm still nauseated. I'm not sure what to eat. Besides fish. I'm tired of that. I'm tired of this stall that I've been on and idk what to do abt it. I'm regretting my sleeve bad now...

I am so glad to see that you all posted this! I am three weeks out from my surgery - and between the two weeks prior to surgery diet and post surgery, I had lost 28 pounds - it was FLYING off, but this week I've barely lost 0.8!! I was starting to think that something was wrong with me! I'm drinking the Water like crazy, sticking to the suggested foods list, and exercising as much as I can, but the scale wasn't moving. I was starting to freak out - thank you SOOOOOO much for your posts! Light at the end of the tunnel :)

I could have written this! same pre-op weight to amount of weight lost in the first 2 weeks, low calorie count and struggling with Water. Surgery was 4/23

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
