I'm June 5th! Excited and nervous!

I am scheduled for June 5th. I am nervous but excited. Kind of dreading the pre-op diet and post-op pain, but I know it will be worth it. I've let myself start making plans for what to take to the hospital, etc. Congratulations on getting one step closer to the new you! I wonder where we will be this time next year..Skinnier and healthier, I pray.

I guess I feel like maybe it will help with the pre op diet if I get used to depriving myself...will see. I've been watching tons of VSG You Tube videos. Anyone planning to document their journey that way?

I started a page because I thought it would be neat to look back on my progress. I feel silly making them but I'm sure I will get more comfortable with time I'm busterdoodoo there as well. I am having surgery one day before you and am already getting nervous!!

I'll document somehow, unsure how to do You Tube, 'cause I am an "old f**t".

One thought though... You are NOT depriving yourself of carbs and sweet tea. You just found out that those two have been CHEATING on YOU for years. HOW DARE THEY, after all the love you have given them! You are gonna throw those evil two outa your life after what they've done. I mean, fool me onece, shame on you but fool me Twice, shame on me!!!
