    Hi I'm a new member. My surgery date is June 26th. I started cutting down on my sweet tea addiction as well as starting to curb my carb intake. I guess I feel like maybe it will help with the pre op diet if I get used to depriving myself...will see. I've been watching tons of VSG You Tube videos. Anyone planning to document their journey that way?
