Hard to say because we are all shaped differently. I was a size 22/24 at 205 pounds. I am down a total of 50 pounds and my tops are medium or large but my pants are mostly size 16 petite. I have seen ladies that weigh 20 pounds more than me but are in smaller pants than me. I'm 5'1 and weigh 155.

I was at your weight, and I'd love to know what other men have lost that where this size also.. So far I am a little over 2 weeks out and at my peak I was 326 before pre-op diet. I am now at 289 and able to fit into size 40 jeans. I was just barely fitting into 42's before probably should have worn 44's.

My goal is 185 which is about where my brother sites who is the same height and looks like me.. He wears 32-34 jeans.

I was 260 and wore a size 46 or 48 pants. Five months, down 50 lbs and I now wear a size 40 (and they hang). Weigh in about 209 today.

I was approximately your weight and height on DOS (335 lb and 5'11"). Wore the same size clothing as well. I would say if you have a really high dedication to eat well and exercise, you could drop to 32/34 pants and m/l shirt size. Awesome don't you think? I like having so many more places where I can buy others now. I am currently a 34 pants and m/l shirt size at 9 months. I think my pants size will trim up a little more as my waist gets smaller. Maybe to a 32. Shirt size will probably remain m/l especially as I continue to strengthen my upper body. Good things are in store for you!

I was 375 at my heaviest and wore 52 pants and size 3x shirts. I am now 6 months post op and down to 266lbs. I am currently wearing size 42, but they are starting to feel a little baggy. I also wear a size 2x shirt, but can fit some 1x shirts as well. My initial goal is 225, but my ultimate goal is around 210. At that point, I think I will be around a 36 waist and large shirts. Good luck to you on your continued journey.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
