Do you snack through out the day? I have been lately and I had my surgery on 2/23. I've been stalling... For the past two weeks

I sometimes snack on the crackers that we are allowed (forget name). I have a hard time getting Protein in (can't really keep the shakes down). But I was sleeved the 20th of feb and I'm down 48.2 pounds. I was stalled last week and didn't loose a pound.

This Wednesday will be my 4 week post op.. my daily routine is the following

Breakfast: EAS Protein shake with skim milk with about half of cup of fruit (strawberries, bananas, papaya, mango) whatever I have a taste for that day

snack 1: a cup of fruit or vegetables (fresh, not canned or in syrup)

Lunch: Cup of Soup (vegetable, chicken noodle, clam chowder) eat everything expect starch. Or grilled fish salmon is by far the best.. I can only have about 2 ounces at one sitting so I always split my lunch in half and have the rest for dinner (hubby helps out too) lol...

Snack 2: Mozzarella or cottage cheese and raw veggies (cucumber, asparagus, bell pepper)

Pre work out: as much Water as I can drink..

Post work out: EAS Protein Shake

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
