Your kids are young enough that they probably wouldn't notice if you got rid of most or all of it!

My kids are 16 and 11 they would have a thing or two to say about me throwing anything away! And they know how to hide any candy they might get from me and each other...

Is it a ton of candy? Or could you get rid of most of it and give each kid a little Baggie with several pieces each that they can have? That way they can keep track of their few pieces and it will keep you honest about stealing..

Oh how I hate the Easter baskets full of candy so easy to just grab a few and no one noticed 0_o

I have experienced some mood swings but didn't think it was connected to my surgery until I read this forum. My wife and I had our first disagreement in a long time, and I stayed angry for 14 hours and would not talk or was very brief in my responses. I see this is normal now.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
