You are welcome to look over my profile, or old posts, etc. or ask questions blindly. I just want to offer a chance to ask questions - candid, to the point is ok. If it is really too much I will blush quietly and decline to answer, lol.

Veggies. I hate them. Except for the fattening delicious ones ( corn, avocados, Beans, potatoe)

How much/many/ often do you eat veggies or do/can you skip them & just have vitiamins or shakes?

Not sleeved but considering it.

I like to run (5ks) and would like to run 1/2 marathons. I'm afraid that if the pouch is too small then I wont be able to consume/drink enough to sustain energy & glucose levels.

I would like to avoid flabby skin and hair loss. I see people dropping 10 lbs a week. Thats way too much for me do you know if there is a way to slow that down.

I like veggies and salads (all the good ones like kale, brussels sprouts, spinach) when were you able to start eating them again.

what is an average size meal look like - say oz of fish, oz of salad, oz of veggies

Do you eat frozen yogurt? toppings? sugar sensitivity? ,

have you experienced acid reflux - if yes, under what conditions

I drink wine, tequila, etc very occasionally - how many oz could you drink before you "felt" a little buzz.

I like Water a lot! do you have to drink through a straw and if so why?

what is sliming?

when did you feel ready to go back to exercise? work?

If I had the procedure - i would be 5 days there. How much time would I want off in addition to that before I start getting back to normal?

Did you have a lot of pain?

Lol! What she said!!!!

I'm really just interested in knowing if you're satisfied with the way you eat now. I broke down yesterday at he thought of never again eatin that rate giant bowl of spaghetti. I love it! And 4 oz of spaghetti is nothing. Do you get to eat somewhat normal again????? Enough to not be upset when you just HAVE to stop??? Do you want to stop? Like do you get a fullness where you are ok not eating another bite? Or do you want to, but just can't?

I do NOT intend to fail at this. But I also don't want to fight with food forever and constantly never be satisfied. Please she'd light on this for me and I will love you forever.

Is it true at a year out your stomach begins getting aggravated and starts bullying your other organs until they finely give in and vote the stomach as ruler of the universe, dethroning the brain?! Cause I heard if they don't vote your tummy in they get smacked around and sometimes organs decide to leave the body and find shelters in Chicago. . . It happened to a friend of a friends cousin from Detroit.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
