yesterday I started logging everything in my fitness pal. Keeps me accountable and has helped me get to 60g Protein - finally. Felt much better. Lack of protein def makes me more tired. Now I just need to work on getting the scale to move. I'm down 14 but seeing it stuck for a couple days is buggin!!!!!!!!

I had my sleeve on 3/7/13 and I am down 20#. But have dizziness and no energy. I added power aide to help with the light headed feelings. Not much pain but I am hungry, I want to eat.

I was telling lain privately that I had a food meltdown last night. Not bc I wanted to cheat but just because of the finality of the way I used to and loved to eat. I knew this would be difficult emotionally in ways I coulfnt fathom pre op, and I was so right. For the first little bit we may regret this decision. Until we are retrained. And then we will be free.

I'm up 2.4 pounds today than yesterday and i don't even care. I just want to heal and get past the food addiction. Weight loss is a bonus.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
