I had mine 3/7/13 the pain was not bad, but the desire to eat was horrible and I know I am not physically hungry. Fudge Popsicle was great. Lost 20# so far but I don't see anything in the mirror

I had my sleeve on 3/7/13 and I am down 20#. But have dizziness and no energy. I added power aide to help with the light headed feelings. Not much pain but I am hungry, I want to eat.

I just got my date. March 7th for my surgery. It is a decision that it not an easy one. It is also not a vain decision. It is a healthy choice so grab the journey with pride. I had a long path to get to the date of surgery and felt really guilty that I could not lose it on my own, but the guilt is gone. I am doing what it takes to be healthy. You should feel great about your decision. Good luck.

It is wonderful to read everyone's notes. I am just starting this journey.. I find out next week the date of my surgery. I am so tired of being fat. Tired of the looks when I eat out, it's like everyone is looking at my plate to see if I am eating too much. I am tired of clothes that make me look like curly in the three stooge s. Very nervous,but I figure it's this or early death. I wish everyone successful in their journey.
