How long did it take?

I was just wondering how long it took everyone (on average) to feel "back to normal" energy and pain wise. I am looking to get sleeved in April or May (havent set the date yet but its coming close). The issue is, is that I am a photographer and I have a 6 hour wedding that I will be shooting in late June. I was wondering what you guys think....will I be able to do this?! I also have 2 weddings in july and another in september, so I have to have the surgery soon or I will need to wait a while.

Thanks!

At my 3rd week after surgery I felt great, and still do (sleeved on 1/2), so happy I had this surgery, totally a new lease on life.. good luck!

  • Well as a fellow photographer I can tell you that I did a 4 hour glamour shoot 5 days after surgery and had no issues at all doing it. There should be no issue at all 4 to 6 weeks out unless there is

Am a wedding photog too. I have hired extra shooters to help out for the first 2 weddings... Which will be 4 & 6 weeks post op. I plan to just take it slow the first few and see how it goes. I think my main concern is staying hydrated. I tend to guzzle water so this is going to be a challenge.
