Scared and excited. So much left to do in preparation. I can't believe the day is almost here. So far I lost 12 lbs on the pre-op diet but let's see how today goes as I will be using magnesium citrate and be on liquids per my doctor's orders.

My surgery is tomorrow as well, still excited and nervous but ready to have the surgery and start healing and losing!!!! I have lost a few pounds on the pre- op diet. I am from Waycross, GA and surgery is in Jacksonville, FL.

Best Wishes for you Susie. I was sleeved last Monday and I am so happy already! I am hopeful for a bright future for the first time in forever and cannot believe that I am finally done. I know it is scarey but it is so worth it. I remember waiting to go back to the OR. I thought I would be scared and nervous but I was just ready and excited and ready for the new chapter in my life. I gotta say that I am soooo tired of my clear liquid diet but I can hang in there because I am NOT hungry! I have to remind myself to eat already. Surgery tomorrow for me too!!! I am excited. I'm also pms'ing and due my period any time now. Mother Nature doesn't care what I have planned!!! Lol. Good luck everyone.
