Post surgery, Im stocked with Unjury whey Protein Powder - chocolate, vanilla, chicken broth, & cheese sauce. It's the best tasting Protein powder Ive ever tasted!! Gettin SOOOOO excited!!!

Had preop visit today at Drs. office and hospital. I really wasn't nervous like I thought I would be. My surgery is this Thursday, March 14. Hope I'm as calm as I was today. Start my clear fluids in the morning, for two days. Can't believe it's finally happening. Keep me in your prayers.

I'm going in tomorrow! They first called to tell me to be there at 10 am then they called to ask if I wouldn't mind rescheduling for Wednesday. I said heck no! I had already taken the magnesium citrate! Then they call to say to be there at 7:50 am. Not happy about all the calling especially on the day before surgery. Find it very unprofessional. Just praying the surgeon does her thing and doesn't mess up. Nonetheless, excited despite the bumps on this journey :)

This sort of thing always gets to me. I totally agree it is unprofessional and creates unnecessary doubt.

Good luck tomorrow! Please let us know how things went as soon as you are able????

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
