Loose skin

Does anyone have like a lot of loose skin?! I keep telling myself that since I am only 26 and have only been this big for about 4 years I won't get any. I know everyone is different but that is honestly the one thing that is scaring me the most about this. I have like 120 lbs to loose. I plan on working out and all that but am just sooo nervous.

I'm 28...I've lost 86 pounds and my skin isn't very bad. I'm still in the losing stage and was told that it may take a little while for it to tighten back up. I work out and strength train. My stomach

I am 33. Had about 80 to loose. I am at 50 lb loss and I have zero loose skin.

The great thing is at only 26, you have the best chances of your skin bouncing back:).

Well I'm only a few weeks and 23 pounds down, but I've been using palmers firming butter 2x a day and its really seeming firmer. I'm hoping it will keep up like this for the 100 lbs I have left to lose. My surgeon informed me that I have extra elastic skin so when it comes to scarring I'm screwed, but loose skin shouldn't be much of a problem. Ill report more on the firming butter with time.

Also, palmers coco butter is the greatest! Especially for that dry skin after surgery. My skin has never felt softer on my hands and feet. Check out the palmers line. I really like their products.

I was just about to post the exact same question! I am 27 so I am curious to know as well!

I'm 25, and started at 330. Yesterday I weighed 244, and I'm 4.5 months out from surgery. I was 310lbs at surgey. I definitely have loose skin, but so far it's manageable. I'm going to start wearing shapewear under my clothes soon to help them fit a little better (not to make me smaller, but to distribute that skin a little). I think over time my skin will firm up and bounce bake a little, but I KNOW I'll have loose skin, and that's a side effect I was willing to live with. If it really interferes with my life/happiness/health maybe I'll try to get it removed once I reach a constant weight near my goal.

How tall are you?

I'm 24 and hoping to have my surgery this summer too! My main concern is MY BOOBS *screams* I've always been top heavy, a DD since I was 13...and I'm soooooo scared that they're going to just be flab and I'll need a lift! My tummy kinda concerns me too!

I've already got a piggy bank to save for my new boobs. I've always wanted them to be rounder and more perky, now I have an excuse for surgery once they turn into pancakes!

Arrrgh, this is also one of my worries. I had 3 c-sections and already have loose skin in the lower tummy area... ughhh, but I'm hoping that since I'm only 25 my arms and thighs and ass wont' be too saggy =/
