Hi I had a gastric sleeve done 7 years ago and recently I started to notice skin irritation around my waist line I have lost about 120lbs so there is loose skin. I never had a tummy tuck or anything like that. So I was wondering if anyone had gone through this and what they had to do to correct it. Thanks!

Hey guys I had my surgery in 2013 5 years out I've gained back about 20 lbs from my lowest weight (210 to 230). I know I have to eat better and thinking about starting this diet for the new year. Have you tried it? Did you like it? Did you not?

I had surgery on May of 2014 I started running about 6 months after I did my first half marathon May of 2015 and I just kept running lol this year was my first full marathon

Just completed my first full marathon (LA Marathon) a few weeks ago this surgery was a life saver

Thanks! Yeah seen those post and been looking into that and thought that be an option, up until someone told me horror stories about the surgeons out there :/ Will keep researching for sure! Have you posted your before and after pic? @@erics300 I am still a work in progress, no after but I do have a during. It needs to be updated though, these are a few months old. I can take a selfie all day long, but not so much full body shots lol. Where are yours? You look great awesome job keep taking pictures it's great to see the progress for yourself and don't worry about the scale as long as the clothes looks good and the sizes get smaller your doing a good job. That scale can be a real bitch sometimes. I'm three years out myself the first picture is at my biggest about 335 with my lowest at about 210 the other one is about a week ago at about 220
