  3. I had my surgery almost three years now and it's been the best thing I've ever done I had no problems after my surgery and I've been running marathons and working out since. HW:335 Lowest Was:210 Current weight: 220

  5. What's been helping me is bodybuilding.com and there body space app you can choose a workout regimen like I just started a 12 week plan that even had a diet plan. And im starting to notice some definition in my arms and chest
  6. Hi Im 10 months out and I think you should ask your Dr if its ok. If they give you the green light then go for it jus be sure you are taking in enough water I learned this the hard way, almost passed out. But just take it easy dont push yourself to much you have plenty of time. I started walking a mile and now im running 10 miles every other day. Just take your time the weight will come off the first 3-4 months without you doing much.

  8. The first picture was weeks before sugery , in May 2013, I weighed about 320 and the next is from late September 2013 and I weighed about 240. Right now Im about 230 and I feel great.
