Am I doing to Much?

Am I doing to much? I am 17 days post op. When I went for my 2 mile walk I decided to jog some if it. I jogged a quarter of a mile and walked the rest. Everyone seems to think I'm pushing myself to hard. Is it true and I'm just being hard headed?

Hi Im 10 months out and I think you should ask your Dr if its ok. If they give you the green light then go for it jus be sure you are taking in enough water I learned this the hard way, almost passed out. But just take it easy dont push yourself to much you have plenty of time. I started walking a mile and now im running 10 miles every other day. Just take your time the weight will come off the first 3-4 months without you doing much.
