  7. Seems like hair loss is just inevitable. From what I've seen on here everyone looses it even after taking biotin. So should I even take it?

  10. I had surgery Wednesday discharged Thursday went shopping Friday. Have only taken my Lovenox shots and meds to prevent stones and acid reflex (which i haven't had) they gave me pain meds but haven't needed them. I've been following my diet and everything has been great.

  14. Surgery in 6 hours. Can't sleep!!!
  15. Hey good job i had a weigh in two weeks ago and was down 25 but once i got my surgery date i got lazy with the diet and gained a pound. Yesterday i had to go to the hospital and sign my consents and get my lab work done.... 4 more days for me
  16. I think since its a long weekend that will help me out just trying to keep busy. Fri- Dodger Game, Sat-sisters birthday then i work Sunday and Monday so I'll be just working and going to the gym and if I'm not doing either I'll sleep lol next thing you'll know its time to check in the hospital lol

  21. In my PreOp class today they told the girls not to have nail polish because it can mess with the pulse ox.
  22. Hi I also have surgery on the 29th I also have to be on a clear diet for about two weeks after surgery and my nutrisiontist has advised me to take Isopure its 40g of protein and if I take two of those a day as my meal I should be fine. They want me to have about 80g to 120g of protein a day and also drink water. I just had a post op class today so its still fresh in my memory. Are you have the surgery here in the states or in Mexico?
