  1. I had mine today they found ulcers and did some biopsy of them would this prevent me from having the surgery?
  2. The flex comes out on May 1st thru Amazon. You can pre order it now if you'd like tho
  3. It only had those two listed on the fitbit website as compatible phones for the flex. So I'd check if it works with it.
  4. The only reason i haven't pre ordered mine is because its not compatible with me phone only with phones that have Bluetooth 4.0 which are iPhones 4s and newer or Samsung III or Note II
  5. Do you were it all day? Or just to work out?
  6. I just googled it. looks like it goes on your upper arm
  7. Im going threw Torrance Memorial with the South Bay surgeons should be having the procedure in May.
  8. Ahhh lol i was torn between the fit bit flex and jawbone up. Every review said the Nike fuel sucked so that was out. Allot of reviews said the jawbone was great but allot of them crashed after about 2 months. The flex is real cool but only syncs to iPhone 4s or above and the Samsung phones and I have a Motorola Droid bionic so it won't sync. And i have never heard of the other one you guys are talking about so now i have to do my homework on that one
  9. I can't see your pictures
  10. Wow check you out!!
  11. I just looked up the fitbit flex and it didn't sync with any Droid phone other then the Samsung galaxy s3 (i have a Motorola Droid)
  12. What didn't u like about it? I was looking into getting one myself.
  13. I'm also in California and i was also looking into medical leave. I think i have to take some paper work to HR filled out by my surgeons office. Does that sound right?
  14. My pcp (primary care physician) referred me for a consult then my insurance approved it. Then i just need to follow the pre op requirements and I'll be approved
  15. Anyone taking time off from work? Are you using medical leave of absence? Or for those post ops did you use it?
  16. I have mine in two weeks they told me they were going to knock me out but I'm still nerves. That's going to be the biggest procedure I've had lol and then the surgery lol
  17. This would be the best case for me. Congratulations!!
  18. The way i got approved was i switched doctors and she sent me to get blood work after our first visit (i didn't mention i was thinking about the surgery) when the results came back there was nothing there that would need the surgery but my bmi was pretty high (im 5'11" 330 age 28 @ the time) and i told her I've tried dieting and working out and that didn't work and she asked me if I ever thought about surgery and that's how we got the ball rolling
