I'm 14 days post op. I sip on my Crystal light all day long and get in about 60 oz.

at 4 days out, not much. Maybe a bottle water. Now almost three weeks out I am drinking two to three liters a day. As you heal, you'll be able to get more in. Just keep a bottle in your hand and sip all day.

At 4 days post op, I was only doing 16-20oz, now at 9 days post op I get in 60oz with crystal light too.
