I made this up today and added 12 ice cubes and blended in my ninja.Totalled 29g Protein. I am pre op (surgery Feb 14). My boys(17/16) tried it and they liked it too. It filled up a shaker ball container to the top and then another cup. I think total is was about 32oz.

If you cant drink that much I think I will use less ice. I would get 2 servings out of this much.
