If you like Peanut Butter & or just want to get a good amount of Protein out of a meal this is great. It's also almost like a sweet treat. Just mix together a 6oz. container of your favorite plain Greek yogurt, 1 packet of whatever calorie free sweetener that you use regularly & 2 tbsp. of PB2 powdered peanut butter. It gives you 145 calories, 23g of protein and 13g carbs. If you want less carbs just use one tbsp. of the PB2. It doesn't taste quite as good as the 2tbsp. though. :P So glad to have this in my food rotation. Try it!

Can you use regular PB?

I haven't tried using regular PB. Way too high in calories, carbs, etc.

What is PB2?

PB2 is powdered Peanut Butter. You can add it to things like yogurt or Protein Shakes or mix it with Water to make peanut butter that has 85% less fat calories than even l-f pb. A lot of websites sell it. I'm sure you can Google it & get all the information you would ever need. I think that it's awesome!

PB2 is this really wonderful product, it is Peanut Butter that has been pressed. They have removed most of the fat and sugar. Here is a link with some more information: http://www6.netrition.com/bell_plantation_pb2.html

I got this as a gift from my boyfriend's sister. She is a very healthy eater herself. I had put it in the cabinet & recently couldn't find it. Turns out my bf had taken it & hidden it because he thought it was some Nutella like treat that I wasn't sharing. Boy was he disappointed when he found out what it really was. LOL. Anyway, I need to order a bunch before I run out. I am LOVING this stuff!

Can you use regular PB?

I'm still pre-sleeve but have been adding extra Protein to my diet and in attempting to find a greek yogurt I like I added about a tblsp of natural PB and tsp. of splenda to yoplait greek. It was pretty good..and for after surgery PB2 would be what's needed. Building my protein arsenal! :)

@Mini Me - I mix the Protein Shake with Water then I add in 1 TB PB2 w/ chocolate. There are 2 kinds of PB2. Regular PB2 and PB2 w/ chocolate. The chocolate in the 2nd PB just takes a little of the bitterness away (it is not like nutella or anything like that).

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
