Mine went from DDD to a small C the first month. Flat and droopy. A few months ago someone said theirs looked like streetlights now. That's what mine look like! The balloon analogy was great too!! But i gotta say, they look nice in a bra, so I don't know if I'll go for a lift. I'm 51. And as of now, I'm kinda tired of surgeries. ;-)

Thanks ladies!! If mine don't get smaller I will be disappointed for sure! I've always had big boobs so I don't want them to shrink to grapes. Ha! Loved the balloon comment! I'm scheduling surgery for the end of this month and I'm excited but so nervous.

I have lost 55 lbs and gone from a 38I to a full 36H, so barely any change. I have another 35 to lose and I sure hope some of that is in the boobs! I had giant boobs even when I was skinny and in jr high. so I shouldn't be surprised. It's genetic. I have a consult appt this month for a reduction I hope to get in August. I am soooo looking forward to it!

I don't fit into any of my bras anymore and I had really nice lane Bryant bras too. I'm sure breast feeding and pumping for two kids didn't help in addition to the WLS.

I call my boobs "the sandbags" ugh!!!

I've been using genie bras for now. I too realize that plastics will be in future when I hit goal. I'm just over 3 months post op and I've lost 70lbs so far.

Ill take sandbags any day as long as I'm loosing!

I too am so looking forward to change in this area. I'm currently a 42DD. And to be honest sometimes (it depends on what bra I wear) I can feel like the hulk in that area so I prob could use a slightly bigger size. After breast feeding four kids they are already saggy and kinda shaped like a mitliton.

Im 4 1/2 months out from surgery and have lost 52 lbs. My boobs seem to fit in my bras the same but feel a little different to the touch. They used to feel stuffed full now they feel a bit looser (just like my a**). Im happy to have not lost cup size only band sizes so far but even if I do its ok. Im a shorty with an hourglass shape so hopefully everything continues to go down proportionately. But either way I look better than I did before surgery ;)

I know what you mean about additional surgery, I will be 53 in Feb. At least I will be able to buy pretty padded bras from VICTORIA SECRETS!

When I was a slim teenager I so wished for the enormous boobs I have now. Who knew I'd have to gain 100lbs to get 'em. My large belly cancels out the big full breasts. Ha! I know they will deflate to a full C if I get back to my ideal weight and I will be soooooo happy with that!

My girls are the only place I can see weightloss and it's depressing! They went from looking like melons to fried eggs nailed to a wall...

I havent had surgery yet, but I hope I dont shrink down to nothing. Ive always had larger boobs, even when I was skinny so Im hoping Ill be ok and they dont deflate on me. If so, Im SO getting a boob job!

o...o i don't think i can bear to see my boobies go, i mean i love them i will be so sad, i just want them to be maybe more... shaped i guess. I am a 40c or d right now, i think one is bigger than the other because one always fits the others like see you bro its too small in here and tries to pop out on me. Maybe it sounds weird but i've had big boobs since i was like in elementary school so maybe its a genetic thing idk ill have to find out

I've lost 122 lbs and went from a 44DDD to a 38G so they aren't as big on the sides but I've kept most of them.

You went UP in cup size?

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
