Hello Everyone!! I looked and didn't see a Valentines Day Challenge yet and since I have a goal I want to achieve by then I figured I'd start one (sorry if there is one already!!)

I love spreadsheets!! I did this with some friends last year and we had a blast!!! It's easier to see your progress and update and those of your friends with out scrolling through dozens and dozens of posts.

Just click the link and put in your VST Username, your weight in day of the week and what your goal is for this challenge. (6 weeks)

My info is in and I will update tomorrow!!!

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjyfO8-OrcmCdGYzMXlsVnc4ZTVJYzQ1dFZLelpqcFE

IF the spreadsheet isn't for you please feel free to join in below the more participants the better!!

My stats:

WI- Thursdays

Goal- 11lbs

Progress TBD 1/3/12

I look forward to seeing who plays along with this challenge!!!

Trying to add myself in but I can't for some reason on the spreadsheet. Love that idea. I already set a goal because Valentines day is also my 5 months anniversary from surgery :) I want to be at 100 pounds lost by then, right now I am at 79.8 which means I want to lose 20.2 by then :)

I just updated, I lost .6 pounds, but that was from yesterday's weight.. when we started this yesterday I didn't have my weight from last Thursday still. However .6 pounds over one day is still alright for me :) I updated the spreadsheet :)

FUN! I'm in - I had my surgery on December 6th, and I am down 20 pounds. I lost -.2 pounds between yesterday and today, and I noticed that some people entered our first Thursday weigh in, so I went ahead and logged that - tell me if I'm doing it wrong!

Thanks for doing this :)

Kirsten

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
