Can totally see a difference today! Had to share. Seeing this made me feel I made a good decision to get healthy! Have a long road yet to get but it's a good start!

clothes are definitely a good tell tale sign! more so than the scale i think. i just put on a pair of scrubs i wore when i was in massage school. i wore them a month before surgery and they were so tight. today they are falling off me.

thank you! i am down a total of 49lbs. 17lbs on my own prior to preop diet, 15lbs on preop diet, and 17lbs since surgery on 12/10.
