Wow, they look good!! I wonder if costco has them? Are they frozen?

Yes costco does carry them!

They are yummy- they also have some fantastic chicken meatballs. I believe onion and mango jalepeno. They are already cooked- I just heat up 3 or 4 and BAM... Delicious meal. I also just bought all natural chicken sausage. Tasty I portion everything into 3oz freezer bags and have my meals.

Then I pick up a rotisserie chicken while I'm there and make many 3oz portion bags. Perfect for on the go.

I love costco

Carmelizing onions is very easy...just drop a bunch of thinly sliced onions in a frying pan with some high quality olive oil and cook til brown and carmelized :) I use walla walla sweet, which gives you a gorgeous mouthfull of flavor when cooked down. I then throw in a bunch of sliced mushrooms and use this as a pizza topping with a good aged balsalmic on whole wheat crust with motzerella and parmesan cheese....to die for! But it's also delish over a chicken breast or on a piece of whole wheat toast with cow cheese spread on it.

But if I was feeling lazy I'd love those burgers (and I feel lazy alot so I"m going to get some LOL)

Curvy J- do you shop at costco? It's delightful!!

No, Im single and rarely cooked Pre surgery so there's no huge benefit to me to buying in bulk like that. I don't have any place to store 80 rolls if toilet paper! For the meat I guess it's good but I can't talk myself into paying money to shop somewhere.

Curvy I make up a big pan of carmelized onions (to which I like to add mushrooms as well) and just keep it in tupperware. They easily keep a week fresh. They're great on eggs, over chicken, etc. Add a thin slice of Swiss cheese and you have the costco version without a storage issue heh heh

I have heard of people sharing a membership to help with the costs.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
