For Those Who Started At 250

I know not to compare to others, but I would live to know how long it took you to get to "onederland" for those of u ladies who started at 250. I just hit my 4 months and I am so close to it, I thought of get there faster. I'm stalling again at 203-205. Yes I'm drinking me water and getting 80-100 protein daily. Workout 3-5 times a week and I work in a restaurant. I only take in 30-40 carbs daily. Thanks!

MIne was about 4-5 mo out as well. Like others I stalled @ the 203-204 and thought I'd never drop below 200... But it happen. Now I am stalled @ 181.4 :-)

Sounds like you are doing great!

I started at 261 and I am 193 at 4 and 1/2 months out! You are so close! Keep up the good work!

you girls rock, keep up the good work!

I started at 270 and am four months out. I was 196.2 this morning. I saw my surgeon last month and he said my weight loss is above average so take my losses with a grain of salt.

I was 252 when I started. I had surgery on June 11th, so I am almost 5 months and am now 182,down 70 pounds. I had a stall last week and finally broke through it. I am guilty, guilty, guilty of not eating enough protein or water. I am not hungry or thirsty and I am so busy that I forget. We also were without power for almost a week due to Hurricane Sandy and I was not making the best choices for food when I did eat!

That's a great loss, sorry about the storm, but u can do this! Today is a new day!! God bless

I'm sooooooo jealous of all you guys! I started at 262 sleeved on 4/10 and I'm only down to 214-218 depending. I'm eating at least 80 grams of proteins and more than enough water. I don't know what the problem is. I'm working out 6 days a week and sometimes twice a day. The only thing I can think of is maybe its my Implanon(BC) which I'm seriously considering removing. I don't know what move I can do. But I'm happy for you guys, keep up the good work.

Day of surgery i was 254.this morning i am down to 183.sleeved on july 10.so roughly im 4 1/2 months out.

What's your carb intake? It cld be that you are one of the unlucky ones who are extremely insulin resistant. I have to stay below 20 grams a day. 10 is even better.

I started in April @ 249. Surgery 8/21 @ 218. Today 203. Yep, I'm a SLOW loser, but I'm losing and that's what counts.
