  1. I started at 270 and am four months out. I was 196.2 this morning. I saw my surgeon last month and he said my weight loss is above average so take my losses with a grain of salt.
  2. I buy my vitamins from my surgeon $22.00 a month, I rarely do protein shakes or bars. If I do shakes I use Premier Protein Shakes from Costco.
  3. I was sleeved July 3rd and down 51 pounds. I am almost halfway to goal.
  4. Years ago when I was into Somersizing this was the sweetener everyone oh the Somersizing boards loved. There were three kinds, regular, brown and powdered.
  5. I must have easy insurance. My surgeon wrote my letter of necessity and sent a courtesty letter to my pcp that I was having the surgery. I have no idea how my pcp feels about the surgery, I never discussed it with him.
  6. The sad part of it for the server...they paid taxes based on your meal. When I was a server we had to claim a minimum of 10 percent of our sales for taxes.
  7. I left the hospital on puréed foods and full foods at two weeks. I never had an issue eating this way.
  8. I had no issues with BMI. Cherish always answers the phone when I have called. They will not schedule your surgery until you have all your clearance letters. I had all mine in before they even submitted to the insurance. As you know they book pretty quickly. I love Dr. Joyce, you are in good hands. Knowing how far they book out I would imagine you are looking at the middle-end of September.
