A Little Embarrasing...implant - What Size?

Recommended Posts

I think a full C..small D is right where I want to be. Thank you so much all for your help!

Don't go too big. I want to get smaller implants myself. They look more natural. I am hoping to get my implants changed next year.

IMO, how natural an implant does or doesn't look or feel has more to do with the implant design itself than it's size.

The gummi/teardrop looks real in almost any size.

I had implants put in when I was thin and 35. I was a size AA and went to a C. I'm hippy so they fit my figure. You don't want to go too big as you have to consider the pull on your back too. Many women with overly large breasts have back problems because of them. I asked my plastic surgeon for his opinion and he had the same size idea I had. Mine looked really natural (Well if perky breasts can look natural on a 35 year old woman with 3 kids). I have since lost my boobs to breast cancer (implants too :( ). I wasn't able to have reconstructive surgery at the time because I was uninsured so I'll be looking into that as soon as I've lost my excess weight.

I have always been large! Pre-sleeve I was a 42DD. In high school a full C. I am now wearing a B when it really could be smaller but refused to buy an A cup! lol

Wow, I'm a 42 DD now and although I do like them, I felt much better (back pain wise) with a C. I can only pray for results like yours. If they get down to a B i will def need a lift!

My little sister has always been the skinny one, im talking size 0-2, a 4 on a bad day. 6yrs ago sh got a boob job and went from a A cup to a C cup. She is having them redone today to correct an issue with never damage from original surgeon and have the silicone removed and having the gummies put in. She is also going up to a full D.

Good imput on all this; but I have a different question. Just starting to look into breast surgery...since I have lost 85 lbs and am now at goal, my once full breasts (D cup) are pretty deflated. I look fine in clothes and even lingerie, but once the bra comes off it's sadly sag city. Do I get a breast reduction? Implants? I just need them to look natural and not like deflated balloons. I don't know what kind of surgery I need for this. I am so happy with the success of this surgery except for this part. Any ideas?

My plastic surgeon urged me to go one size larger and I'm glad I listened ! Now that I lost 55 lbs they look beautiful perfect and are a great size ! Ask your surgeon what size he suggests as he will follow your proportion

Queen of Crop...probably a reduction/lift where they use your own tissue to give you back your firmness and give them some perk. I think I may go that route if I eventually have plastics. I am still a 38DDD after losing nearly 100#, but they definately need "picking up" if you know what I mean.

I have the exact same issue - I see the plastic surgeon on Dec. 7 for my consult. I wonder if after they take the extra skin I will need implants!

Hi there It's all new! Will you let me know what happens when you see the surgeon on 7 Dec? I have asked for an appt too but haven't heard back yet. Would love to know what they say and how much this might cost. You can email me directly at queen@queenofcrop.com

How is the scarring with the lift? I'm concerned about that. There's no way in hell I will go back up to a ddd like I was 100lbs ago! I'd like to just use my own flesh and fat so that I never have to worry about having something removed down the line. (BUT the gummies are oh so appealing, and they offer them in MX where I will go again for my plastics)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
