They are a lot of work. Puppies especially. Man, but I have to say my puppy is doing better all the time! She's lucky she's cute. ;)

On a side note it's Tuesday. I'm doing really good with my Water today. Yay me!

Oh mine can't jump at all (thank goodness). She's too small to even jump anything higher than her belly button.

I am really having trouble these days getting my Water in. I had a huge kidney stone and had to have surgery because it was too big to pass. Now it's even more important to drink more Water. I am just not thirsty. I've never been big on crystal light, but I've been drinking the kind with stevia in it bc it tastes good and that forces me to drink.

any suggestions?

I have been forcing myself to drink Water lately too. Some days it will be late afternoon and I'll realize I'd not had a sip all day! No bueno. :( I even try to make sure that I'm having bottles everywhere but still I don't even pick them up to drink them.

I guess I don't have much else to add, except it sounds like what you're doing is working for now. Have you tried Propel? I like the light flavor, and it has very minimal calories.

My mum got something like this to help her remember her insulin injections... Maybe it would be helpful for Water? Just to reset your routine?

Irene, do you know if the majority of it has to be Water. I've always just drank water not other liquids. Before, I had no trouble getting it all in. Now I've been using Propel and crystal lite and herbal tea just to make myself drink more.Lately, if it tastes good, I'm better at drinking. Should it be more plain water?

Nah majority doesn't HAVE to be Water. I just prefer it, no specific reason. I think a lot of those drinks have very over powering flavors and I really don't like it.

Our bodies just pull the H2O out and use it for it's purporses needed. It does the same with the H2O that's in food. HTH

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
