I can't get my head around the fact that some

People say it takes 30 minutes to feed on small amount of food. I wonder if its possible to get enough Water through the day and nutrients to stay healthy. How did you do it.

I use Centrum chewable multi Vitamin and I have slimfast shakes but I don't really drink many now as when I did when I first had the op

In my opinion it is definitely worth it as no way would I have been able to lose the amount of weight I have lost doing my own thing it is definitely a learning curve on eating and eating the right things I have a saucer sized plate that I have my dinner on and sometimes don't finish all my meal I do still feel hunger which can be an issue sometimes but if I eat the right things Protein etc n drink plenty then I don't feel as hungry

Thank you for you advise I hope I can do it. It's very worrying to think of the change in volume of food. Big guess its the way to lose weight. How many times you eat a day the?

Say 2 shakes 1 saucer meal etc?? Just trying to get my head round it.

At 10 weeks out I eat Breakfast which is usually ready brek or Special K then might have a muller light yoghurt mid morning for lunch i might have a piece of toast n a poached egg or Soup then mid afternoon maybe a slimfast or a babybel then dinner is whatever everyone else is having but a smaller portion

It is a very life changing thing to happen but it does get a lot easier say from when ur one week out to me now is like wow it's gone so quick and you feel better everyday as the weight melts off also when I got to week 3 my weight stayed the same for about a week which was annoying as your hardly taking in any calories but after that stall you start to lose again

That sounds like a good diet. I was under the impression it would be Multivitamins and shakes as the only food to supply what the body needs etc. x

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
