Start the liquid diet on Aug 29th, also have the blood work and whatever else that day.

actually, my liquid diet allows for a small and healthy dinner meal, and the 3 Protein shakes a day.

I got in my unflavored Protein powder today, and so far so good.

Yay!! I got mine today as well and it's Sept. 13th. They had an opening for the 27 of August but I felt it was to soon.

I am sooooo jealous! Good luck with the pre-op diet and can't wait to read about your success!

Was this the day of confirmed surgery dates or what!?! Just got like today as well:) oct 2! May seem far away but my liquid diet is 4 weeks pre op so I'm glad I have the time to prep physically...and mentally!!

Congrats! I remember that day myself and I had to wait almost a year to get it. You are going to obsess over the surgery between now and then, but at least you have a date now! I am 3 months and 3 days in and down 61 lbs. It is worth it!
