Almost 2 months out post op and I'm hitting another stall?! Could it be I'm not eating enough or right foods. ?? Suggestions welcome

I'm just so curious as to why people, not just directed at OP, believe stalls are a bad thing. Sure, we want to be skinny in 5 days, but that is not how this works.

Having your body try to hold on to reserves really is a good thing. Really.

As long as you keep doing the right things, your body will respond as it needs to. It just kills me when people think they are doing something wrong when everything happening is absolutely right.

You're doing fine. Just keep following the sleeve rules, get some exercise and everything will be fine. Really.

There is absolutely no possible way to gain fat when you are running a calorie deficeit. You have to believe this ... right?

Celebrate your stall. It means this is one less stall you have on your journey to what you will ultimately be.

In my limited six months of experience-- the "stall" or plateau-- precedes a nice drop! It's a pattern I can count on. after a week or two of not losing, I'll drop another ten in record time. No worries. Your body knows what to do, and trust me it'll do it.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
