Down 110 At 5Months Post Op!

  • Popular Post

It would be impossible to put into words how absolutely fabulous I am feeling. I will let my pics explain!

Pre-op: 368

Today (5 months po): 358

For all the pre-sleevers, I went through days even weeks when I got so discouraged. The scale had times no matter how I stood on the scale it wouldn't move. I promise though, before you know it, it's dropping again!

Congratulations!

What an amazing difference! You look great and probably feel just as great! Congrats on your success so far!

You look great. Can you share more about the hair loss? I am considering the sleeve. My oldest daughter had it done around the first of the year and has lost a little more than 55 lbs I think. She has been so encouraging in my studying this procedure. I see that you shared that the sclae didn

t move sometimes but you hung in there. That is great.

Continue to encourge newbies like me. Its a big step.

Thank you for sharing.

I have gone through several different stages. I was walking about a half a mile at 2 weeks, then worked my way up to 2 miles. I was doing the 2 miles for a couple of months and then it got too hot. Not sure I am a gym person, so instead I have been going to our local pool and swimming at least an hour - 3 days a week. The pool is home to me so it doesn't even feel like a workout, even though I burn 2xs or more calories than walking.

As for eating, I can have anything without upset, which is awesome! I stay away from breads or at least a lot of it. But I have also gone through stages with that too. When I was finally able to eat normally, I almost felt like I was eating too much, which lasted for a few months. I was even getting hungry. The last few weeks have been completely different, I do not feel hungry at all! I can eat maybe 2.5 ounces before I feel like I am going to pop. Which is fine by me, I was only eating because I know I needed too. I am diligent about drinking Water and have it with me at all times!

Congratulations you have made such a transformation! Just beautiful.

Congratulations, You look amazing. Keep up whatever u r doing. ;-)

So awesome! Thanks for sharing. I'm still preop but I'm slowly going from scared/anxious to excited/anxious :)

You look simply wonderful. Thanks for the reminder that sticking to the basics works. You've done a great job.
